Our menu at Union Dining focuses on fresh and local produce, with a few ingredients from the places that have inspired our dishes. We offer a provincial dining experience that evokes the brasseries and trattorias adored by chef Nicky Riemer, with a distinct Melbourne identity. Autumn Menu
On Sunday in addition to an a la carte offering we have a set price menu for guests to enjoy, based around sharing dishes. For $60 our menu includes four shared entrees, main course and dessert. We also offer a vegetarian menu that follows the same style, with four shared entrees, main course and dessert. Click on the button below to view an example of our Sunday menu.
