Union Dining focuses on fresh and local produce, with a few ingredients from the places that have inspired our dishes. We offer a provincial dining experience that evokes the brasseries and trattorias adored by chef Nicky Riemer, with a distinct Melbourne identity. We are open on Monday nights for our Locals Dinners. Join us for three courses with a glass of wine for $44 per person. We have extended our Cellar nights to include Monday so you can bring a bottle of wine for only $10 corkage. Two great reasons to dine with us at the start of the week.

Our popular Locals Lunch has returned for 2015. Available from Wednesday to Saturday we offer a choice of entree and main course with a glass of wine and tea or coffee, all for $34. This is a great way to enjoy the best of Victorian produce.

Join us on Sunday for lunch. In addition to an a la carte offering we have a set price menu for guests to enjoy, based around sharing dishes. For $64 our menu includes four shared entrees, main course and dessert. We also offer a vegetarian menu that follows the same style, with four shared entrees, main course and dessert.
