In the Union Dining cellar Victorian wines with a European bent take centre stage. Continental wines sit alongside the Victorians. The list is put together by Sommelier Greg Lightfoot. If wine is not your drink then our carefully stocked bar has cocktails and beers for you to enjoy. A Negroni* is always part of the offering!
*Negroni: a Campari based cocktail that is a weakness of Head Chef Nicky Reimer from her Italian travels.

Last year our wine list was awarded one “goblet” in the Gourmet Traveller Wine Guide. To celebrate we are including your wine on our list.
Tuesday night is Cellar Night at Union Dining. Bring along a bottle of wine and our Sommelier, Greg Lightfoot can suggest matches from our menu.
Corkage is only $10 per bottle. Whether it’s a $200 Côte-Rôtie or a $20 treasure, there’s never been a better excuse to head out for dinner.
Please note, this is not available to parties larger than six and the Terrace area.
