On Sunday the 27th April we are holding a Provincial lunch with a Tuscan theme. Nicky will draw on her travel experiences to write a menu based around all that is Tuscany in Autumn. We will also be showcasing a range of outstanding wines from Tuscany to accompany the dishes.

Based on the same format as our shared Sunday lunch menu we will be offering four entrees, main course and dessert.
As always we can cater to any of your dietary requirements.

Western Victorian V’s North East Victoria Wine Region Challenge


This is your chance to be a wine show judge for a day on Saturday 10th May.
This tasting will be held at Union Dining from 3pm – 5pm. James Halliday, Ralph Kyte-Powell and Dan Sims will make up the professional judging panel and you will get the opportunity to have your say and judge the wines along side them.
You will be asked to nominate your favourite wine overall as part of your judging experience. All results will then be tabulated and presented at a dinner that same evening in the Union Dining restaurant.
Tickets are priced at cost $150 for wine show judge and dinner.

Once again Nicky will be heading to Queensland for the 2014 Noosa International Food and Wine Festival.
