We have been enjoying a busy 2014, and have just celebrated our third birthday. Melbourne Food and Wine Festival’s Winter Roast Collection was a successful and fun event. We are also continuing to host regular “Producers Lunches” on Sundays with the next being held on the 27th July with Delatite wines.

Join winemaker Justin Purser from Best’s Great Western on Thursday 28th of August for dinner as we celebrate the release of the 2013 Bin 1 Shiraz at Union Dining.
Enjoy a generous five course menu created Nicky with ingredients sourced from the surrounding region – perfect for a Winter’s evening.
Best’s have also provided us with the 2010 Bin 1 Shiraz to drink alongside the new release. This will be a great opportunity for you to learn about one of Australia’s oldest family-owned vineyards.

William Angliss Institute’s famous Great Chefs Program at the Angliss Restaurant gives their Final Year cookery students the opportunity to work with the crème‑de-la-crème of Melbourne’s vibrant culinary scene and offers both a unique dining experience and value for money.

Lunch consists of a three course meal matched with three premium wines from Diamond Valley for $50 per person.
