We are looking forward to a busy 2014. Kicking off with some Melbourne Food and Wine events in early March.
We will also be bringing back our popular Producers Lunches and themed regional Sunday Provincial Lunches.
View our event calender below to see what we have coming up.
As part of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival join the team at Union Dining out on the land at Bress in the Harcourt Valley for a long lunch utilising the best of the winery’s gardens and vineyards.
Commencing on the banks of the Bress vineyard’s reservoir and culminating in the barrel room, this long lunch will be a chance to engage with one of the most dynamic producers currently working in Australia. Adam Mark’s goal is to maximise every drop of water that falls on his property to sustainably farm the land. Adam will be spending the day describing what the rains bring to Victoria’s heartland. Drawing on the gardens, orchard and vineyards of their vineyard, Union Dining’s chef Nicky Riemer has written a menu that spans the breadth of the vineyard’s region. What a great excuse to leave the city.
Pricing: $120.00 Includes five courses with eight wines
Please call Sue at Cellar Door for bookings. Due to the nature of this event guests will be seated together on larger tables.
