Melbourne Food & Wine Festival
This year we are participating in the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival Restaurant Express “Signature Series” lunches. We are offering this menu from Friday 27th of February until Saturday 14th of March and it will include our Signature dish, Nicky’s Terrine de Maison (our house-made Terrine). Stephanie Alexander reunites with chefs Annie Smithers of du Fermier, Nat Paull of Beatrix Bakes and Nicky Riemer of Union Dining for a celebration of their time at Stephanie’s Restaurant.
Annie, Nat and Nicky all worked in the kitchen of the legendary Hawthorn establishment and are coming back together for one night only to join Stephanie in the kitchen once again.
Featuring produce from leading “lady farmers and producers” each chef will share memories and stories that have formed their careers as women in the kitchen.
$10.00 from every ticket will be donated to the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Foundation.
Please note this dinner is a “shared table” event. Dietary requirements will be catered to where possible – please inform us of any allergies in advance.
