With Adam Marks from Bress we’re creating an urban winery experience in Richmond, with cellar door tastings, a biodynamic farming demonstration on the rooftop, and buffet lunch to follow.

Following previous collaborations between Bress and Union Dining, this time we are transporting the heart of Victoria to Richmond.

Known for his dynamic approach to farming and winemaking, Adam Marks will stamp his unique personality on the day’s proceedings. Often controversial, sometimes challenging, always engaging! This is an immersive experience with food and wine playing the starring role. Nicky will be creating a buffet lunch with ingredients from the Bress gardens, and their fine wines will flow all afternoon.

Once again the Australian Open tennis championships are coming to Melbourne next week.
So you can get to the game on time we are serving dinner from 5:00pm Tuesday to Saturday for the two weeks of the competition.
Lunch services have also been extended from Wednesday to Saturday and we will be offering our very popular ‘locals lunches’
(We will be closed on Australia Day, Tues 26th of Jan)
